What we build

Logistics and fleet tracking software

We build fleet and delivery systems that show every vehicle on a live map, plan routes, give drivers an app for proof of delivery, and send customers tracking links. Dispatchers stop calling drivers for updates, and customers stop calling you.

Who it's for

Transport and trucking companies

Trucks across states or borders, tracked by phone calls.

Last-mile delivery

Many drops a day, with proof of delivery on paper.

Companies with their own fleet

Distribution vans, service vehicles or field staff whose time and fuel are hard to see.

What you get

  • Live mapEvery vehicle from GPS devices or the driver's phone, with status and delays.
  • Route planningStops, time windows and vehicle capacity planned into routes.
  • Driver appJobs, navigation, photos, signatures and OTP proof of delivery, working without signal.
  • Customer tracking linksA live link and arrival time sent on WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Trips, fuel and costTrips, idle time, fuel and cost per delivery, by vehicle and driver.
The first two weeks

After two weeks your vehicles show on a live map, and one driver completes real deliveries with proof captured in the app.

After that
  • 01Route optimisation
  • 02Freight billing
  • 03ERP and order system connection
  • 04Fleet digital twin with what-if runs
Scope it in 60 seconds

Three questions. You get the shape of the first two weeks and the stages after, and you can send it to an engineer as your brief.

Where are you today?

Questions buyers ask

Do we need new GPS devices?

Not necessarily. We read most existing GPS devices through their platforms, or use the driver's phone.

Does the driver app work without signal?

Yes. Jobs and proof of delivery are saved on the phone and sync when the signal returns.

How much does fleet tracking software cost?

The two-week prototype is a flat price agreed on the first call and shown in your currency. Route planning, billing and integrations are quoted after it in stages with dates.

How long does it take to roll out to all drivers?

One driver is live after two weeks. The rest of the fleet joins in stages, each with a written date.
