What we build

Digital twin development

We build digital twins of plants, buildings, warehouses and fleets that update from your sensors and systems, so you see the whole operation on one screen and test changes before making them. Decisions are made on live data instead of last week's report.

Who it's for

Plant and operations heads

Several lines or sites, and the full picture exists only in meetings.

Facility and building managers

Energy, occupancy and maintenance data sit in separate systems.

Planners of a new line or layout

You need to test a change before buying equipment or moving walls.

What you get

  • Live 3D viewMachines, rooms, vehicles or zones in 3D, coloured by their live state.
  • Connected dataSensors, PLCs, SCADA, ERP and maintenance systems joined through official interfaces.
  • What-if runsChange a speed, a shift or a layout and see the effect before committing.
  • Alerts and replayThresholds that alert, and a timeline to replay what happened.
  • Open scene formatBuilt on OpenUSD, so the model moves between browser, engine and CAD tools.
The first two weeks

After two weeks one line, floor or fleet is live in a browser from your real data, on a screen you can show management.

After that
  • 01The rest of the site
  • 02Simulation for what-if
  • 03Predictive maintenance
  • 04Control-room and headset views
Scope it in 60 seconds

Three questions. You get the shape of the first two weeks and the stages after, and you can send it to an engineer as your brief.

Where are you today?

Questions buyers ask

What is a digital twin?

A live model of a real operation, fed by its own data, that shows its current state and lets you test changes on the model first.

What data do we need to start?

What you already have. Sensor feeds, PLC tags, ERP exports and schedules are enough to begin, and we show where gaps limit the twin.

How much does a digital twin cost?

The first line, floor or fleet is a two-week prototype at a flat price agreed on the first call, in your currency. The rest of the operation is quoted after it in stages with dates.

How long does it take to build a digital twin?

One area is live after two weeks. The rest is added in stages, each with a written date, and a stage not delivered by its date is not charged.
