What we build

CRM setup and integration

We set up your CRM around how you actually sell, move your data into it, and connect it to your website, WhatsApp, email, accounts and quoting. Your team works in one place, and managers see the pipeline without asking.

Who it's for

Sales lives in spreadsheets

Each salesperson keeps their own list and nothing is shared.

A CRM nobody uses

You bought HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce and the team went back to WhatsApp.

Systems that do not talk

Leads, quotes, invoices and support each sit in separate tools.

What you get

  • Pipeline set up your wayStages, fields and owners that match how your team really sells.
  • Clean data importContacts, companies and deals moved from sheets and old tools, with duplicates merged.
  • Website and WhatsApp connectedEnquiries become contacts and deals on their own, with the conversation attached.
  • Accounts and quotes on the dealQuotes, invoices and payment status from Tally, QuickBooks or your ERP shown where sales can see them.
  • Reports managers readPipeline, conversion and follow-up gaps on one screen, updated as deals move.
The first two weeks

After two weeks your CRM holds your real contacts and deals in your own pipeline stages, with website enquiries arriving in it on their own.

After that
  • 01More integrations

ERP Integration

We connect your ERP to your website, store, CRM, warehouse and apps through official interfaces, so orders, stock, prices and invoices move without anyone re-typing them. Numbers agree across systems, and copying mistakes stop.

  • Orders typed in twiceOnline orders are re-entered into the ERP by hand every day.
  • Stock that does not matchThe website shows stock the warehouse does not have.
  • Moving to a new ERPYou are switching to SAP, Zoho or another ERP and everything around it must reconnect.

Questions buyers ask

Which CRM should we use?

HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce all work; the right one depends on team size, budget and what it must connect to. We recommend one on the first call and say why.

How much does CRM setup cost?

Setup starts with a two-week prototype at a flat price agreed on the first call, in your currency. Further integrations are quoted in stages with dates, and CRM licences are paid to the vendor.

How long does a CRM implementation take?

Your pipeline and data are in place after two weeks. Each integration after that is a stage with its own date, and a stage that misses its date is not charged.

Can you build a custom CRM instead?

Yes, when your process does not fit an off-the-shelf one. We say so only after looking, because a custom CRM costs more to run.

How long does ERP integration take?

One flow runs against a test copy after two weeks. The rest go live in stages, each with a written date and your sign-off.

Is our ERP data safe during integration?

We build against a test copy first and go live only with your approval. Access uses accounts with the fewest rights the flow needs, and every change is logged.
